Avalon by Taylor Morrison Offers Tasteful Options

Houston-based residential and commercial land developer Taylor Morrison teamed up with longtime partner Johnson Development Corp. to create a luxury gated community in Texas.

Avalon is a brand new community by Taylor Morrison that is an addition to the already establishedmasterplanned community Sienna Plantation. Located in the Houston suburbs of Missouri City in Fort Bend County, Sienna Plantation is a 7,000 acre community that contains a 12 acre recreation complex, 34 parks and multiple outdoor activities, such as miles of hiking trails and a golf club. Missouri City is a perfect fit for housing these pristine communities, as it was nationally recognized as one of America’s best places to live and one of the country’s safest communities.

Currently in its pre-sales stage, Avalon at Sienna Plantation contains Taylor Morrison’s most beloved collections, such as the Chateau Series, Legacy Series and Inspired Series, all expected to be open by summer. The immaculate Chateau Series at Avalon is new to the Sienna Plantation community. This series offers six unique floor plans ranging from 2,741 to 3,787 square feet, with each floor plan including four bedrooms, either 3 or 3.5 baths and distinct single or two-story designs. Prices for the Chateau Series begin in the high $300s.

Another popular series for the Sienna Plantation that will be included in Avalon is their Inspired Series which offers the most spacious floor plans, ranging between 3,741 to 5,623 square feet, four to five bedrooms and 3.5 to 5 bathrooms with prices beginning in the low $600s.

Avalon includes six different interior floor plans that help homeowner personalize their homes to properly reflect their preferences. Each series feature different detail designs, media or game rooms, private front courtyards, gourmet kitchens and large master suites. Their decadent bathrooms are spa-inspired and their oversized closets, walk-ins.
